In a trading update, covering the period from 1st July 2025 to date, a “stable” order book of £4.3bn was recorded, down slightly from the £4.8bn in 2024.
Strengthening demand from registered providers and local authorities during the quarter was highlighted in Vistry’s trading update.
The housebuilder has also continued to secure land but at a rate slightly behind 2024’s activity.

In Q3, Vistry secured 3,503 plots across 11 sites taking this up to 6,616 plots for the year across 25 sites. By contrast, at this point last year Vistry had secured 12,481 slots across 47 sites.
